Welcome to the City of North Bay Bid Opportunities Website
This site allows vendors to easily access open bid opportunities posted by the City of North Bay.
The City of North Bay joined many other Ontario municipalities in using bids&tender for digital procurement management.
Any bid posted on the bids&tenders platform can be pre-viewed at no cost. You will need to subscribe as a vendor and be a registered plan taker to submit bids to the City of North Bay. An unlimited Subscription to bids&tenders is available or for those who choose not to subscribe, there is a one-time fee per bid opportunity.
After creating a bidding system vendor account with bids&tenders, you can select commodity codes for goods and services you supply and the bidding system will notify you by email of the bid opportunities matching your commodity code selection(s). If you do not already have a bids&tenders account, you can create one here.
