The City of North Bay is seeking quotes from qualified and experienced consulting firms to provide a comprehensive condition assessment of the wharf and its components. The condition assessment shall prioritize at a minimum the remaining life expectancy of the components, structural integrity with load capacity, legislative requirement for public and commercial wharf, cost estimates for repair, replacement and upgrade of the wharf components, and risk incurred if failed components are not addressed. Prospective respondents are to submit non-binding quotations for the RFQ 2025-034 King's Landing Condition Assessment as further described in the RFQ Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”). **Only Online Submissions will be Accepted for this Quotation** |
