The City of North Bay is seeking bids from qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of all labour, equipment and materials necessary to rehabilitate the road crossing culverts on Pearson Street and Bank Street using Sprayed-In-Place Pipe (SIPP) method.  

The Deliverables will provide a complete SIPP liner for two separate culverts located on Pearson Street and Bank Street including traffic control and signage, removal of existing vegetation as required, Spray-In-Place-Pipe (SIPP) liner, restoration and other ancillary works.
