The City of North Bay (“the City”) is seeking quotes from qualified and experienced respondents for the provision of remedial property services to assist with bringing non-compliant properties into compliance with the minimum standards outlined in the City’s Property Standards and Clean Yards By-law. The selected respondent will perform services in connection with the removal, handling, repair, maintenance and/or disposal of a variety of items from private property, under the direction of a Municipal Law Enforcement Officer. Bidders must be able to complete all services outlined below or have capability to subcontract the work, as required.
