The City of North Bay is seeking quotations from qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of all labour, equipment and materials necessary to complete the locker room renovations at the WWTP located at 650 Memorial Dr., North Bay, ON P1A 1T6, as per the attached specifications (Attachment B) and drawings (Attachment B). 

All work is to be completed prior to February 28^th, 2025.

A non-mandatory site visit will be held to provide respondents with a visual of the work site and current conditions. It is the respondent’s discretion to view the site, however it is the City’s recommendation that all interested respondents should attend the site visit. At this time proponents must verify any logistical access and satisfy any site specific conditions that may affect schedule or cost to the project. There will be no consideration of any claim, after proponents’ submissions, that there is a misunderstanding with respect to the condition of the site.
