The City of North Bay is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced proponents to provide an online parks, recreation and facility booking system to replace its existing CLASS system, which is end-of-life. Currently, facility rentals account for 100% of the bookings in the system. The solution should be scalable that will allow the online booking of various facilities, locations, and amenities and that can grow to accommodate additional functionalities, such as events, memberships and program registrations.
