This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of North Bay (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the Winter Control Plow Routes, as further described in the RFQ Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).  

The successful respondent(s) would be responsible to ensure compliance is met with O. Reg. 239/02: MINIMUM MAINTENANCE STANDARDS FOR MUNICIPAL HIGHWAYS (‘MMS’) on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, seven (7) days a week basis or when required by the Contract Administrator. All operations shall commence within the defined response time for Plowing and or Sanding. 

All resources including personnel, equipment, abrasives and weather monitoring equipment must be supplied by the successful contractor(s).
